Tony, the baker behind Faith & Flour

Hi, I am Tony. Every loaf begins in the quiet hours before dawn when the rest of the world is still. Mixing, kneading, and shaping dough by hand is my rhythm and my prayer. It is where I find the patience and intention that artisan bread demands.

Baking is more than a craft to me—it is an act of faith. Faith in simple ingredients, in the slow fermentation process, and in the joy that a warm loaf can add to someone’s day. Every batch is small, every pastry is touched by hand, and everything is baked fresh.
